Hi, I’m Matt Howe - a Real Estate Agent and investor in both Ontario and BC. I have been doing online marketing for 15+ years. I decided to combine these two passions to help others make smart investment purchases and target the most online exposure possible when selling your home.
My passion for real estate began with a small investment property in 2004; I've been hooked and involved ever since. My background in internet marketing and SEO (search engine optimization) is an advantage as the primary way to find properties permanently shifts to searching real estate online.
I've become a real estate agent for two of Canada's fast-moving markets - Vancouver, BC & Toronto, ON. I originally received my Real Estate Licence in Vancouver back in 2011, just a year after the Winter Olympics; but I was born in Ontario, and had to get involved with the fast-paced action the east offers!
I added my Ontario Real Estate Licence in 2015. One of the advantages of being involved in both the BC and Ontario markets is experiencing the ever-changing market catalysts and regulations (i.e. the foreign buyers tax), and seeing how they impact each market independently.
I'm constantly flying between Vancouver and Toronto, and will continue doing so to please my clients!
