About Jordan


Jordan’s expertise is centred on small-to-mid cap residential investment properties. As an investor, landlord and property manager himself, he is recognized as a leading expert on income properties with strengths including financial modelling, mitigating risk and consultative data analysis. He has an acute knowledge of the Toronto market and has become a trusted advisor to investors across the country. Beyond the sale, Jordan has a team of property managers, mortgage brokers, leasing specialists and tax professionals who ensure your real estate investments continue to reach their full potential. He also makes a point of sitting down with his investors annually to review their portfolios and strategize how to best deploy their growing equity on future opportunities.

A Toronto native, Jordan grew up and has returned to living in the west end. He graduated from the University of Guelph with a background in Real Estate Law, Investment Management and Public Policy. After three years working as a Sales Representative at a large firm, he teamed up with Adam and Paul to create Core Assets Real Estate (CARE). Today CARE has grown to a team of 21 elite agents who continue to outpace and outperform our competition. As a Managing Partner, Jordan’s primary responsibilities include recruitment, training and leadership--ensuring that the team steps back from work once in awhile and has fun at their CARE social events.

Outside of the real estate world Jordan sits on the Jr. Board of Advisors for the Women’s Brain Health Initiative. He is also an avid skier of the highest peaks, cook of unusual foods, explorer of places less-travelled and purveyor of good times.
