From the age of 13, Chris had worked exclusively in the entertainment industry, where he cultivated necessary skills that are very transferable to the real estate industry: Being efficient in time management, detail-oriented, and working with others to achieve one main goal.
After finishing his studies at the University of Guelph, he moved to Los Angeles for five formative years and credits his experience in California for cultivating and enhancing a sharp business acumen as well as the necessary networking skills essential to a referral-based and relationship-focused business.
Born and raised in the GTA, Chris has extensive knowledge when it comes to the many neighborhoods and enclaves of the city. Making the transition to the real estate industry in 2013, Chris meshed his love for the city with his experience in working with a wide range of people.
Never shy, he consistently makes clients feel comfortable and relaxed during what can sometimes be a hectic and stressful process.
Whether you are a first-time homebuyer or a veteran of home ownership looking to size up or down, Chris's knack for finding the right place for the right client will always remain his top priority.
