Chris has been selling in the real estate industry since 2015 and has since then helped many families, single occupants and investors find their perfect property. As an investor in real estate himself, he has learned aspects of property management, investment analysis and development through his own investment purchases. He has used these past experiences to provide his clients with knowledge that goes above the industry standards.
Chris has obtained a Business Commerce Degree in Real Estate and Housing from the University of Guelph. This program focuses on all aspects of real estate such as financial investment analysis, market analysis, real estate law, urban planning and development.
Chris also is the owner of Minga Investments Ltd., which is an acquisitions and development company that specializes in custom new builds, renovations and Net Zero homes.
