About Adam

As one of Toronto’s foremost real estate Brokers, Adam has sold in excess of $100M in real estate ranging in size and complexity putting him in the top 1% year-over-year, among Toronto Real Estate Board members.

Adam has a focus on the luxury market including custom built homes, recently renovated properties and underdeveloped land.

His expertise extends beyond the typical real estate transaction to help advise on complex project planning and creative property marketing. His team adds value by advising on the entire process including space planning, branding, marketing, financing, and the overall sales strategy.

Beyond his role as a real estate Broker, Adam also serves as the Broker of Record and Managing Partner at Core Assets Real Estate Brokerage (CARE). Adam contributes to various media publications that have included Canadian Real Estate Wealth Magazine, Globe and Mail, Toronto Life and many others.

Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts from Wilfrid Laurier University and continues to develop his skills and education. He has attended Harvard Business School and completed the Executive Education Program on Urban Development, Design and Construction. He is also completing the CCIM, the definitive investment real estate designation.

Adam lives and works in central Toronto with his wife and two kids.
