We take the time to understand the needs and lifestyle of your recruit or transferee.

We understand that individual lifestyles are different, especially from single 20-something's to a family of four. We make it a priority to understand the individual first and then match the neighbourhood and needs to their ideal lifestyle.

We get them settled in Toronto fast through our preferred partner program.

Getting settled in a new city can take some time but finding a short-term rental doesn't have to. We do our best to get your people settled in a furnished rental as soon as possible through our preferred partner program and/or local MLS.

We work on building a longterm placement strategy in a suitable neighbourhood.

Once we buy a bit more time, we begin to focus on building a long-term placement strategy and discovering different parts of the city. Most of our relocation specialists are also Realtors so they know the city intimately.

Pre-Decision Trip

A CARE relocation specialist will meet with the client to begin forging a trustworthy relationship prior to their official move. This encounter ensures the client that the information provided about the city is reliable and dependable, in turn setting the groundwork for a positive experience that is handled with the utmost attention and care.

The trip includes:
Pre-arrival market consultation (virtual phone call)
Pick-up and drop-off at hotel
Neighbourhood tour and public transit orientation
Lunch (extra expense)
Airport drop-off
Follow-up consultation and Q&A

Area Orientation

CARE Relocation Specialists will conduct an in-person or virtual phone consultation to talk about lifestyle in Toronto, neighbourhoods, house prices, etc.

If necessary, one of our specialists will provide a tour of the community for his/her family, while focusing on the ideal neighbourhoods suited to the clients need/wants.

Move Management

Our relocation specialists are experts at coordinating and managing every detail right down to property cleaning. If necessary, we can also work hand in hand with internal recruitment teams to execute the perfect move.

Move Management is a custom service that is tailored to individual needs.

Settling-In Assistance

The CARE settling-in package is a specially modified program for those people that require a bit of extra attention and care during the first few days.

During this time, a relocation specialist is assigned to the individual or family. It is their job to constantly stay in touch and introduce life in Toronto. This is espeically useful for families that are unfamiliar with Western culture and norms or where there may be a language barrier.

Short-Term Accommodations

Short-term accommodations are handled by CARE's trusted partner relationship with ‘Toronto Luxury Suites'; a 5 star service that offers stylishly furnished properties available for short to long term stays in the heart of downtown Toronto. Each property is fully equipped to meet all our clients' needs.

After getting settling-in, our CARE Relocation Specialist will conduct a long-term accommodation consultation (purchase and/or rental needs).

Market Research Packages

Our Research Package will provide clients with a well-rounded analysis of their new city. Because CARE's Relocation Specialists are also Realtor's, we can provided in-depth access to Market Statistics, Sales Averages, Neighbourhood Demographics, and more.

Our research package is detailed and comes with a comprehensive analysis of market conditions pertaining to our clients focus areas.
